Webinar (May 5th, 2020) — do•doc for collective storytelling to describe solidarity practices in times of crisis.
(Video recording available, in French)
How can we encourage people to write and share meaningful testimonies about the forms of solidarity emerging during this health crisis? L'Atelier was asked whether do•doc could meet this challenge.
.
This webinar is divided into two parts: first a demo (from 6' 16") presenting the main features of do•doc, followed by a discussion (from 30' 30") about the possibilities the interface offers for collective writing, storytelling and learning.
.
At the request of teachers and makers from several associations active during this health crisis (Tiers Lieux Edu, Covid Initiatives, Continuité Pédagogique), we kept developing new do•doc features, in a “remote residency” mode, to urgently meet new needs for monitoring and collective writing.
In this context, it seemed relevant to present do•doc and its features, and to discuss how useful this tool can be when it comes to “telling a story” with many voices.
